Founded over 32 years ago in 1989, as an owner-run legal services firm, we have excelled in meeting and exceeding our clients’ needs in various areas. These areas include real estate closings, both residential and commercial, short sale and foreclosure closings, hotel and motel closings, business closings that include dollar stores, liquor stores, Subway and Dunkin' Donuts Franchises, Gas Stations. We have also represented our clients in the application of immigration law, wills, uncontested divorces, setting up corporations of all types.
